Free Shipping Today
I’m buying whatever crafts I can today while there is Free Shipping even though Craft Day doesn’t start until midnight. I know a lot of the new stuff may not be listed but I can get things I’ve been wanting but wouldn’t buy because of shipping. And if something I buy today happens to go in sale within the next 30 days, HSN will refund back the difference. It works for me because I refuse to pay shipping for each individual item.

Why are there shipping fees on TSV items? Free shipping on TSV items used to be expected with the enticing price of these items, but I guess that is in the past. Too bad, that is one reason why I no longer care about the TSV, otherwise I would be purchasing more of them.</strong>

Yes, it was Free Shipping on everything Sunday but I pretty much only buy craft items from HSN anymore and usually only the items I can’t buy anywhere else. Not a fan of HSN anymore unless they have free shipping or a coupon that offsets the outrageous shipping costs.

You have it correct, let them know how dissatisfied we all are with these outlandish shipping fees. QVC bought HSN so maybe that’s a key factor. If we don’t buy they will do something. Hit them in the pockets and they will listen. Best way is to buy direct from their sites. Takes more time but worth the savings the vendors are the ones being hurt as they are under contract and can do nothing about HSN policy on shipping. Anna Griffin has taken major steps on her website in aiding the crafter. She knows how we feel but she can’t say anything. It was very obvious after the first craft show that eliminated the 5.00 rate

I waited to shop today.
The shipping is over the top. $7.50 for 1 item. Not sure I’m going to push the button on that one. I like Anna Griffins stuff, just not sure how much.

Anna Griffin has been putting most things on her website eventually. Sometimes there is a long wait, but she doesn’t charge shipping on orders of $50 or more.

YESTERDAY, Sunday July 12 WAS free shipping on EVERYTHING, not just crafts. I bought a bunch of crafts, even some “new” items that will be in Tuesday’s show. It was so nice not to pay shipping! I HOPE they’ll have free shipping tomorrow, July 14 for craft day, we’ll see . . .

I just went on hsn live chat, and they told me there wasn’t any free shipping promotion on crafts today. Very on their part. That’s what they should do to try to make it up to their repeat customers from whom they took away the $5 capped shipping. Well,another craft day,or day before, with no purchases from me.

I so agree! I am really bummed out. I have over $200 of crafts mostly Anna Griffin in my cart and the shipping is out of sight! I thought they would have their usual free shipping or at lest $5.00 shipping for the whole craft day! The price is so high for shipping I’ve decide not to get anything now. I’m so sad and crafting day hasn’t even started yet! I don’t think I’ll even watch now. Too bad, they are going to loose a ton of sales because of the high shipping cost.

How did you get free shipping on craft items? I put some things into the shopping basket in case they did something like that, but it hasn’t changed to free shipping. They still want a huge amount of money, and I’m not paying that.

Thanks for replying. I thought I looked yesterday. I look most days coming up to a craft day, to see about the shipping. How disappointing. I sent them an email asking about it a couple of hours ago. I know they have the power to do something about it if they are so inclined. I told them without free shipping I would not be buying anything again this time. It hasn’t seemed to matter to them recently. I’ll see if their attitude has changed.
