Free shipping today?
Darn! I didn’t know a free shipping day was coming up. I just ordered the Anna Griffin Empress machine 3 days ago and paid over $20 in shipping! Is there any way to get a refund of my shipping fee?

I would ask them for a refund anyway. It doesn’t hurt to ask, and especially if the order is still packaging and hasn’t gone anywhere, that’s even more of a reason to get a refund. There have been times since the change when they did refund shipping to people who asked.

HSN never refunds shipping . i feel a little upset that many of my Wishlist items went up to regular price with free shipping . I refuse to purchase items that lost the sale discount .
HSN no longer feels like a customer appreciated shopping channel . No stores I shop with frequently like Macy for example charge shipping for each item . I will never understand the logic behind loosing a sale for the shipping cost .
