Fraudulent charges
I have ordered may times and had flex pay. I kept track of my payments and for some reason after over a year with flex payments being 6 you would think my stuff is paid off no my balance keeps going up and then I get an email saying they want payment for an item they shipped out yet I was charged for it and made payments. Still over a year my payments are made but never shows my balance going down Something is off here. HSN is scamming people taking money and not applying towards payments

If I understand what you’re saying, why would you continue to make payments for over a year for an item that only had 6 flex pays? That doesn’t make sense. You should have taken it up with HSN before making additional payments.

I have had my acct with HSN for 25 plus years & I use flexpay on many items. I do keep track of my flex payments in an excel spreadsheet & as I make payments I will highlight them. I have never had any issues with flex pay on my account. I do wish that we could see our payment history somewhere in our account. Once you make all the flex payments in the flexpay section you can not click on the order to see the payment dates. The order will disappear after a month from the flexpay section. Payment history records by payment type is non existent in HSN mobile app so that is why I created my own tracking mechanism. It allows me to sort my flex pays by date so I know how much I need to pay by date by credit card. The mobile app is so limiting. I wish it did more.
