
Extended delivery
I am tired of extended delivery on Anna Griffin’s stuff you should not put it on the air if you do not have it in your warehouse. I ordered it a day early and it still extended delivery and I’m scared you’re going to cancel it. It’s not fair to your customers to want to purchase these items and have them to make cards and you make it unextended delivery 2 weeks after it airs.. It is still extended delivery. Again you should not put it on the air if it is not in your warehouse.

I agree. I ordered 2 AG items on the free shipping day that both said extended delivery. I received one a few days ago, but they took the money for the other one a day or two ago, then it went into packaging, and today I got an email saying the delivery date has been extended to 22 days from today. The chat person could not provide any explanation for the delay. She said I could ring a phone number and try to request cancellation. This is worse than extended delivery because now they’ve got my money as well.
