Do your crafting/scrapbook supply orders usually get fulfilled? #overselling
I’ve been eyeing a scrapbooking kit, but I’ve been reading a lot of HSN reviews stating they’ve had problems with “in stock” items being oversold. That is to say, orders have gotten cancelled, or people have been charged only to not have their items arrive…
I’m excited about some of the products I’m seeing here. Have any of ya’ll had issues with craft supply order fulfillment?
Thank you.

Several months ago I had an order that never shipped. It wasn’t even a craft day order. They finally told me that they could not fulfill my order (while the page showed it was still in stock) and credited my account $5 for the inconvenience.

That has happened to my once for a craft day item and then again when I ordered an Oragami racking. They said I should know more in abut 30 days and they would cancel if they didn’t get anymore. I cancelled and bought it off Amazon for $10.00 ore and I could control when I received it because it was so large. There was one item I am interested in (Trying not to get too excited) and hoping I actually receive it. I am going to pre-order.

I’ve only had one order cancelled. First it was in stock when I ordered it, then that changed to extended delivery, then a few weeks later I got an email saying they had oversold it and were cancelling.

As the other reply, same for me. Only exception was a few months ago. I had ordered several Stamps of Life products that were on extended delivery and all of those orders were cancelled. But that was due to UPS losing an entire pallet of product so it never arrived at HSN. They still haven’t found it. How do you lose an entire pallet? 😄

I have ordered lots of crafting products from HSN over the years. I have heard of folks having orders cancelled, however, I have not had that experience. {knock on wood} 🙂
Best of Luck!
