Disappointed I was lied to please Hsn
I am so very disappointed. Anna Griffin empress was 119.97, price changed in cart. I took a screenshot before checkout as cart often crashes. I called a supervisor promised me the price would go back down at midnight. It didn’t. I have seen a lot of carts and people who got it for that price. I feel let down. I have been a loyal good customer for years. I am hoping they will make it right they have never let me down before now
Placing an order or changing an order should not be this difficult. Most people want quick and simple. Having to worry about two sign-ins, two passwords is not how a website should operate. If things don’t get better, my ordering may be over and I will just read comments. Patience running thin.
Hi, this has happened to me several times. Best advice I have for you is to make a copy of your order number used in the order. Probably, the easiest way to do this is to go into your profile and check the Order. If the new price does not show, then to your left will be the customer service page. I usually use chat which is faster and more complete. While waiting for someone from CS to chat with you, paste the order number into your area and explain that the price is less. You should have no problem getting the credit since the 30 days aren’t even up. Do check your order before chatting. The credit may be there from your call to CS. I do hope this helps.
By the way, you can also write to CS using community. Just above TAY (“Talk Among Yourselves”) is Customer Service. Just click on Customer Service and it will bring you to their location. Write your info but omit the order number or do a copy and paste of your note above and they will respond.
