Not happy with HSN customer service. On Friday evening I placed a craft order and a few hours later it went on free shipping. I tried to cancel the item today so I could reorder it with the free shipping and was told I could not cancel nor can I get credit for the free shipping. They just lost a good customer. I’m done!!

JCR1, I’m sorry for the delayed response. I truly understand your disappointment regarding reduced s&h after your purchase. Although, we are unable to cancel an order after it has processed we have added $5 of Spendable KA$H to use towards a future purchase.
