Crafter's Companion Subscription Box
Can someone explain to me…when I purchase the (AP) subscription on craft day…how is it that when it comes time to mail it to me…I get a cancellation order from HSN telling me the item has sold out????!!!! I received all 6 of the others on time but of course my last one is cancelled by HSN. Why subscribe if they aren’t going to fulfill???!!

Over time, and during the pandemic and after, this program started to really fall apart and with no explanation to customers by Crafter’s Companion. I think many of are pretty surprised by just how wrong it all went – delays, box cancels (I got cancelled from the aqua pencil kit) and now, there is no final class on the website to accompany the wax pencil set. Many have expressed on the Facebook page they also missed the last box. And they are also pretty unhappy about it. I am completely mystified and disappointed that this program ended as an epic fail. So far there has been no recourse, or explanation, or apology. My trust in a program like this is pretty well destroyed so I won’t take a chance again and it’s not because there were problems – it’s because Sarah and her team did not provide explanations. I think you can go to the CC website and file a complaint. HSN needs to get involved.
