Sizzix do, or have done anyway, a block alphabet, not with shadow, though, that are bigz dies, not thin metal ones, that are 3 1/2 inches tall, and they cost over $200. I doubt there would be much of a market for such big dies for cards, which is what those companies you named focus on. I know I wouldn’t want them, but why don’t you ask those companies directly? They’re easy to contact through their websites.
