I was just notified of the Anna Griffin Super Sale and purchased an item. WARNING: AFTER payment was made and received, they notified me items might be repackaged with some “small” items missing. Thanks, Anna Griffin, for warning me AFTER the purchase was complete.
Researching right now at the FTC to see what statute may have been violated.

There’s a banner right on the page that says:
“Please note items purchased from our SuperSale are priced as clearance merchandise. Some items may be repackaged, missing original outside packaging, or missing one or two minor components. All SuperSale items are sold as-is and non-returnable.”
