Anna Griffin items not shipped

I ordered two Anna Griffin items from before craft day totaling over $150, but despite already charging my credit card, the items are not shipping for weeks. Says UPS is awaiting the packages and delivery is due 2-13-23. I expect to see delayed shipping from HSN from time to time, but it will be identified as Extended Delivery. It has always been HSN policy to not charge for the item until it ships. By my calculations, it will be more than 30 days after charging my credit card before the items arrive, if ever. Has the use of extended delivery no longer being applied to Anna Griffin? Should this be happening?

Hi @craftmamic1, I am sorry to hear that you’re still waiting on your order for the Anna Griffin items. I see that item numbers 831588 & 831615, shipped on 1/21 which is why your card was charged. They look like they’re going to be delivered tomorrow, 1/26.
