S&H on Returns

I did not know that HSN changed their policy about when you return something on your own, you will not get back the $3.50 or other S&H on your purchases. So if you return something, your refund will not include the S&H that you paid to get it too you. You are out the S&H that you paid when you bought something. Well, I am glad I found out. I won’t be buying much anymore.

They have NEVER offered free shipping on returns. One exception is if the item is deffective, not you changed your min or the color wasnt right, etc.

  A few years ago now, they offered free return shipping on a number of purchases per year – mavbe three. It was nice while it lasted, but that wasn’t long.

  Yes, it was considered a perk of having an HSN card you were allotted a few free shipping returns .

I am only buying things I know I need. I am not ordering any clothing. The quality is down. Also, very inconsistent in sizing.

  Same here. The sizing on many things is off. Unless I am absolutely sure of a purchase, I pass.
