Impossible to get account release and unable to buy anything

I ordered an item on Black Friday. Payment went through and today out of nowhere order was cancelled, but the money was already withdrawn from bank account.

I try to buy again, and called customer service several times, looks like my HSN account was locked.
Told me to call a diff. ph# and still cannot release my account.

HSN just lost a customer.
