You can also post to the Customer Service area within Community. The Mods will be able to assist you. Or, use the chat method. You can use chat by going into your order and to the left you will see customer service. Just have your item number handy. That’s the long digit number.

The 15% off coupon is for the HSN app on your cellphone. You will need to order the item using this method in order for the coupon to be effective. If you did this previously, the coupon cannot be used again.

I order everything on the phone with customer service.If you have a coupon etc. they apply it and sees if it works.It just makes ordering easier and less problems.
