Free Shipping Day?

I didn’t buy one thing, not one, during the entire Free Shipping weekend! HSN lost money this weekend. I would’ve gladly bought some clearance items if they were included too but they weren’t so no orders from this house!

Totally agree with this! Why exclude clearance items for free shipping? Won’t be purchasing anything today as clearance items are not included in free shipping. I always purchase items from my favorites on free shipping day that are clearance, won’t be purchasing anything now! Same goes for QVC, if they start this ridiculous policy on free shipping day, my shopping there will be done as well!

I am so surprised that HSN demoted free shipping day to full price items only. So many shoppers here look forward to buying their saved clearance items without the added cost of shipping and are disappointed that this has been taken away. I have a feeling that many chose not to order. I know I had a good number of items in my favorites that I have left there unordered.

The best part about Free Shipping day was being able to order Clearance items so of course they took it away. Makes no sense! I’m so done with HSN, slowly but surely everything I loved about this shopping channel is being destroyed. I doubt HSN will even exist 5 years from now and they have no one to blame but themselves.

Something is up, ennui. I ordered two items early this morning and both came up with free shipping. Now no matter what I add, there is a shipping charge. I have a feeling there is a problem that needs to be fixed since it’s a ‘free ship on everything’ day. No more orders until it’s fixed.

I was waiting for a Free Shipping event, but it does not apply to clearance items. Seems silly. What difference does it make? The item I want is on clearance, but I won’t be ordering.

I ordered a two hundred dollar item. I applied the coupon. Well when it went through the coupon was not on the order. Needless to say I immediately cancelled the order.

I am really upset with HSN for the first time. I took advantage of the 10% off clearance offer and ordered two items which reflected the discount in my cart when orderedj. They then reverted to the original clearance price when I checked later. I had read that they would go back to the discounted price when charged to my card. They have now shipped and the discount has not been applied. I just checked my credit card online and they are billed at the regular clearance price. This is false advertising of a sale and I am VERY unhappy.

Definitely was hoping for a FS day. The 10% off clearance is frustrating when the discounted price shows up when put in the bag and then after the order is placed reverts back to the regular clearance price. HSN says they’ll discount it again – hopefully sometime before it appears as a charge on the credit card – but it’s just not a good feeling. I cannot understand at all why they choose to do the discount this way and would love to be enlightened.
