Does the Refer-a-Friend coupon actually work?

I’ve had my friend use my coupon code from this link (https://refer.hsn.com/se3oy) and put in their email.

Several days of waiting, several attempted emails, and a chat with customer service later, my friend still hasn’t received the coupon.

Has this deal worked for anyone? It’s quite an amazing deal, but I’m yet to hear of a single instance online where the coupon code has worked (or even been emailed) for anyone lately.
