Discount code not applied

Hello I am writing in regards to a recent purchase I’ve made. It is a first time purchase on my account with the code newhsn2026 that offered 20% off my order. I am absolutely sure the code applied prior to hitting submit. Once I receive my order confirmation it listed the full price instead of the discounted price. I want to kindly request you look into this and fix the charge on my card. The order number is [removed]. Please let me know if you need anything else.

I just tried to buy something and had a similar experience. I wasnt even going to use a code but a box appeared and said I could have $$$ off. I dont believe it was any of the EXCLUDED products or name brands. The code did not register for whatever reason. No big deal.
I will put it down to my error. And NO, HSN, I dont want anything or spendable cash put on my account.

I am glad that happened in a way. I realize the whole monumental “move” that HSN did physically and with the new show hosts. In trying to put all that aside and giving consideration for all the new hosts and their learning curve… the products themselves ….ahhhh, forget it.

Hi, sorry I would much rather have a refund on my card for $20 which was the amount promised while checking out with the discount code that was valid at the time of purchase. I also had the discount code SM05932BE8483545 for signing up for texts but that gave me a discount of $15.60 so I chose to apply the $20 discount instead. Both are a discount higher than the one you are currently offering so my apologies but I just can’t accept a store credit of $10. I would like the above amount returned back to my credit card as that was the price I was shown during purchase. Thank you for your help!

I am so sorry there was a problem with applying the coupon. I completely understand how frustrating that can be. Coupon “NEWHSN2026” expired on 05/17/2026. To make up for the inconvenience, I added $10 of Spendable Kash (in-store credit) to your account that can be used immediately and will expire on 7/18/2026. Thanks for being a valued customer!
