COUPONS
I’m just curious why HSN issues coupons and then puts restrictions on them so you can’t really use them on an item you want to purchase. If it’s on sale or clearance your coupon is no good. To me why issue them if you are going to put such restrictions on them. I would think keeping a customer would be more important than the few dollars they would save.

I had a coupon that said 20% off; when I clicked on it, it didn’t give a coupon # so it was not honored. I was on the Arcade page but when the girl checked, she didn’t have it on hers. How is this possible. I thought they can see what we have on ours, so it should have come up. No dice. I have to give credit, however, that the customer service reps have always gone out of their way to help. She said she was sorry but they could not honor it without a coupon #.

Before QVC takeover they would issue Birthday coupons that lasted the entire month before expiring. Now it only lasts two little days, that’s the most rule.

I have said this before: If the whole point of a clearance sale is to make room for new merchandise, why in the world wouldn’t you let the coupons be used for the merchandise you are trying to clear out”???? Yes, always read that tiny “fine print” not only here, but every where!!

I use coupons on sale items and clearance items all the time at different stores.
It always depends on the store policy.

My thought I couldn’t believe they would not make a sale rather than have me purchase elsewhere which I did and saved money. Notice I have another one that won’t be any good. I

If you notice, many of the coupons are not true. For instance a 20% coupon is only good up to $25.
