5.00 off coupon
having an issue with the 5.00 off coupon. Placed my order said coupon was successfully applied, then wen I place the order the coupin is not applied. I cancelled the whole order. Not happy

I JUST ORDERED & CANCELLED BECAUSE THE SAME THING HAPPENED(accepted coupon then when I placed the order the coupon savings was gone) TRIED YOUR SUGGESTION & IT WORKED. THANK YOU

Make sure you fix your flex pay before applying the coupon, it should be the last thing you do before hitting submit order. I was having the same problem with many coupons and it seemed to have to do with the flex pay, like if the flex pay goes to low or something it affects the coupon, its something really dumb like that. My coupon has always stayed after i figured that out, but I still always check even the next day to make sure. Customer service usually will give you the credit though, but if you cancelled the order the coupon should still be available, so you can try again I have also stopped choosing like the 4 or 5 flex pay option .

Why don’t you give customer service a call and tell them what happened. I’m sure they would be happy to help you with this issue. They have helped me on things like this several times. They are great.

Did you leave the checkout process then go back and make your purchase? I did that then I had to apply the coupon again for it to work.
