Myra, I forgot to mention that you need to receive approval first for the credit card. I think the $40 coupon must be used prior to the end of today (11:59 pm) otherwise you may receive $20 off upon approval to use the next day. My first inkling is correct. You definitely should contact customer service.

Hi myrap18. It may be automatic with the first use of the card or if there is a coupon you can contact Customer Service either by phone or with chat. All you need to do is enter customer service in the search area . I find chat the fastest and all you need do is click on chat towards the bottom of the customer service page. They will be able to give you the info. The other way is a phone call to Customer Service. If you are using the Internet, the phone number is 1-933-2887.
