20% Off Single Item
Last night 9/7, I dropped $207.07 ($119.90 and $87.17) on two Procaps products. Today 9/8, HSN posts an app coupon (code = APPRECIATE) for 20% off a single item. Anyone know the odds whether HSN will credit my account $21.98 (20% off the product costing $109.90) if I call customer service??? Would definitely show they truly “appreciate” us customers and are being sincere in their celebrating “Extra Appreciation Day.” Fingers crossed.

Would have loved to use the 20% coupon offered (I think) on Tuesday this week and/or the 15% off on a single item offered yesterday (October 1, 2025), however I am NOT purchasing anything from HSN until HSN corrects my account. HSN was the one who made the error on my account by treating my EXCHANGE as a RETURN when the paperwork specifically STATED THAT IT WAS AN EXCHANGE. HSN DEFINITELY GOT THE PACKAGE I MAILED BACK VIA UPS AS I HAVE DOCUMENTATION FROM UPS (should HSN request it – I have a copy for HSN). I paid the balance (balance should be ZERO) off on my HSN credit card RECENTLY because I just don’t want to deal with HSN’s flex payments and their errors. I mean HSN sent me two email form letters last month complaining that something isn’t right and indicating that HSN did NOT receive my exchange (which HSN definitely DID). Well, HSN, it really should NOT be up to the customer to do YOUR accounting for you! I had to research to see what the problem was, and I had to call and CHAT over 5 times to get HSN’S ERROR straighten out. I requested that HSN reinstate the flex payments on the order that they TREATED AS A RETURN as it was an exchange and the payments should have been LEFT ALONE! (Excuse me, HSN. I thought we were straightened out and then I find HSN put two pending charges on my HSN credit card that I did not recognize. I had a chat with a Rep once again yesterday. She was very nice. Hopefully, she was able to fix it where both of these pending charges drop off AS I have ALREADY PAID FOR EVERYTHING. She did check the pending charges for me and told me that they are flex pays for a set of readers (which is what I “EXCHANGED” as HSN sent me the wrong magnification and NOT the one that I requested). Well, I have already paid the reinstated amounts (reinstated because I SPOKE with HSN and told them was their “ERROR” was AND told them HOW to fix it). HSN over all has been good, but this time (since they moved) it has not been so good. Hoping that this is straightened out because I am tired of their error of last month. Completely fix it already! I don’t want nor did I ask for anything extra. I just want what is fair — so fix it completely already!!!

Coupons are usually posted on the top of the home page, unless it’s something customer-specific.

I was pretty dissappointed with the 20% appreciate offer since it only is applied thru the app. Apparently there is no appreciation for those who only use the HSN via a computer. 🙁 Was going to buy TS until I saw there would be no 20$ off.

Also, astik, I hope CS will give you the 20% discount as a courtesy. If I were you, I would certainly call and ask for it. -
I also want coupons to be used on the computer, not on a phone app.

The coupon doesn’t apply to the TS anyway. There’s an app coupon almost every week.

That’s not what the host said. She said it could be used on the TS and the boots would be 52.00 instead of 65. Maybe they need to correct their host if it cant be used on TS.

I caught that too!! And it said at the bottom of the screen, cannot be used on today’s special! 😬 I would think the hosts and crew would already know that?! I did already because I tried to use it on a special once and it denied it.
