Why can't I place an order online?

I have bren trying the past few days to place an order online..Each time I try, it tells me “Oops order can not be processed at this time”And it gives me the customer service number to call to place my order..Why can I not place my order online?

I am so fed up with hsn , every time I try to order someone I get this message oops order can not be processed at this time. I have been ordering from hsn for many years, but now I am just so over their mess. I am giving up and they have just lost me as a customer.
