Where did they go?
My needs and shopping habits have changed so much less shopping this year. I did tune in for Christmas shopping and was very sad to see that Joan Boyce and Elysee skin care are gone. Two of the best products and people on HSN. Helen Keany is the best spokesperson for Elysee! She always told that it is the only product she uses and she looks fantastic! Miss Joan’s beautiful designs and her affordability made her worth my time. It’s obvious that even the big sellers are struggling. The selection and repetitiveness of airing the same products over and over shows the struggle. Also very disappointed in the quality, selection and PRICE of Holiday decor items! Where is your Valerie? Her prices are ridiculous but quality is better.

I saw a young man the other day who was loading his car full of Dollar Store toys. The trunk was full and he was still loading up. I said to myself that this was a man who just had to give the most he could for his family. Sometimes we do choose quantity over quality and maybe this young man had so much love that he just had to buy more and more. You mentioned quality and high prices. And sometimes, we do get what we pay for. Often times, our high priced items are just that. High priced items. HSN is changing to adjust to young people like that man with the overloaded car. Amazon did it awhile ago. It’s a struggle today for many people and I agree with you that the quality isn’t there anymore unless you’re willing to pay for it.
