WHAT IS WITH ISOMERS THEY ARE SELLING THEIR NEW HIGH END SKIN LINE ON SHOP LC
Why is Isomers who has started selling most of their older skin care products on HSN now having a BIG DEBUT OF THEIR NEW ISOMERS HIGH END SKIN CARE LINE WITH THE LATEST AND GREATEST ON SHOP LC.
I AM SICK OF HSN BEING A STEP-SISTER TO QVC AND NOW SHOP LC WITH ISOMERS USING THEM AND HSN’S CUSTOMERS AS A FILL IN TILL SOMETHING BIGGER AND BETTER CAME ALONG.
THIS IS ASININE I AM GETTING FED UP WITH BARGIN BASEMENT AT HSN.
THEY NEED TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE COMMIT TO SELLING ON THEIR CHANNEL AND NOT USE THEM UNTIL SOMETHING BIGGER AND BETTER COMES ALONG.
WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO DO NOT BENEFIT.
I WAS EXCITED TO SEE ISOMERS ON HSN NOW I FIND OUT THEY ARE DOING A BIG SHOW WITH ALL NEW PRODUCTS ON SHOP LC.
HSN NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER.

I guess this means their sales on HSN were not strong enough to keep it solely on HSN. I can’t imagine that LC and even HQ offer a wider audience than HSN would but perhaps HSN is not that much larger of a seller than the others

I heard from Isomers and they said we hope you understand that selling their products on different platforms reaches more audiences and they hoped I would understand that. So there’s your answer.

I know. I just asked the Isomers customer service gal and she didn’t respond yet. They are debuting a new orchid serum. I don’t even shop with them and I won’t. The website is primarily jewelry and the host debuting it is Charla, a host previously on Shophq.
Anyone else have a response to this somewhat unusual activity. I think HSN would have a conflict of interest with this move. -
I agree, Isomers is now on 3 platforms, crazy !! Charla Rines is supposed to be the rep on Shop LC.

Isomers is also back to selling “on”, or maybe just with (since there is no longer an actual channel) ShopHQ. Manuela is selling the same products that are available here on HSN but the coupon and promo pricing is much more affordable than buying on HSN. I think once ShopHQ closed that all of the brands there just took whatever opportunity they could to stay on air between Q, H, LC, and JTV so they could at least run through their inventory to basically the same audience. I was surprised Dr. Dubrow did not come to Q or H most of all.

I don’t think Khold is their high end line. It’s supposedly the brainchild of Manuela’s son, but she basically steamrolled him and took over all the presentations. That said, he does not have the personality for sales on live TV. But that all comes with practice, and Manuela is not giving him the chance to learn how to present. That, and they put him with Chuck Clemency, who talks over everyone, including Manuela.
It’s not that great of a skin care line either.
