I wish they would explain why this formula is new/better/different from the regular s/c. The presentations talk about scent. Okay, but why is this formula better? I see resin listed on the ingredients, so … ?

Denis makes a spray called 2XL that is part hairspray, part volumizer and those ingredients are now in this new version of shampoo/conditioner. It is intended to give more volume to the hair. Hope this helps.

If this product is as good as Denis and HSN claim, why are there no good reviews? In fact, why are there no reviews at all?

From what people are saying over at QVC is that the scents smell nothing like described.
