Too faced order cancelled
Just wondering if anyone else ordered Too Faced and got cancelled. The prices were to good to be true, but they were up for at least 24 hours–I guess HSN was not willing to pay for mistake they made. Even brick and mortar stores will give you the item at that price. Some of the new items were priced between $ 15.00 and $ 7.50 with flex pay. I think they should have honored what they listed them at–oh well what can ya do

I didn’t order any of these products but you gave me quite the flashback. I quit QVC a few years ago because some of the last orders I placed were faced with a similar situation. They had “discounted” a number of items in a particular product line so I decided to stock up. I just figured they were clearing space for new items, but then they canceled my orders [everyone’s orders, as I found out later] because the prices were a “mistake.” To me, that was just wrong. It’s not our problem that they made a mistake, they should have honored the prices listed on their website! I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) because this was an unethical business practice. I was already disgusted with QVC and this was the final nail in the ordering-coffin with these cheats.

Yes, I talked to a few people who work in retail and they told me their company would have honored the price–and I also thought that maybe they weren’t selling well and they were doing a sale–not all items were reduced–it was maybe it was just maybe 15 items — another kicker is I found out about reductions in my favorites alerts, so I was alerted by HSN that the price went down. Well I know I couldn’t be the only one–I checked my order status yesterday and the 2 products a purchased ( one $10.00 second $7.50) it said order cancelled with the $10 and $7.50 price.. this week I have a feeling some other people are going to realize their not getting their Too Faced.

Yes my order was cancelled too. I was told Too-Faced didn’t fulfill the order to HSN. Hard to believe not sure what to think.

Working in retail for many years , yes the prices should have been honored.
There is something else I saw and don’t agree with. The clearance section has great finds, however the shipping costs are between 30% or even 40%. Used to be on both sides and if you want to make room for new merchandise, don’t make the shipping almost impossible for customers being enticed. Yes, I sold and was a merchandise buyer and this whole clearance fiasco makes no smart business sense! HSN go back to your roots, please!
