THE BIG MOVE

I have to agree with other patrons of HSN on some of the new hosts. PLEASE encourage them to read the comments of longtime customers. Maybe they can gain some knowledge and take it to heart regarding the constant ridiculous chatter during presentations and just take a breath. I always like to give individuals a chance but, when you are presenting to a seasoned audience care must be taken to keep them engaged and BUYING PRODUCTS not scrambling to turn the channel.
I have been a loyal customer for 20 years this year and have seen the positive change in the models and sizing. I hope that you will have the diversity in age, sizing and ethnicity that you had in the Florida location.

One more thing: Please continue to have quality products as Skinn with their creators like Dimitri. The enthusiasm and knowledge of the products are OUTSTANDING!!
