That’s it – I’m Done with HSN

Today during the airing of Perlier – I (temporarily) watched two different hosts, but had to change the channel because they would NOT STOP TALKING!!
The sales pitch – hard sell – was insulting and unbelievable! We can read the graphics, we know a good sale when we see it. You don’t need to tell us nine ways to Sunday about the products! Let the guest speak about the products! Part of the appeal of Perlier (and I’ve been buying Perlier since the Lavender scent launched decades ago) is hearing Skip and Amanda. Couldn’t hear much from them today though – because the hosts were talking, talking, talking, and hard selling. This seems to be the new norm since moving to PA. Well, I find it insulting (to both viewer and guest) and will not be a part of it. I really wish the hosts will just let the guests speak about their products – it’s embarrassing to see the guests faces, while the hosts ramble on about nothing. Read the room HSN and HSN hosts, many of us are not happy with the new look and hard – come at you – sale’s tactics. Thanks for listening but I’m certain nothing will change but my no longer buying from HSN.
