Suggestion(s)-Consider sending more samples in our HSN order boxes because…

I think you should tell your suppliers/makers to consider making and giving more samples because for the pennies it costs to make, it will really help you and the makers to make more money- I got a sample with my Beekman order of Korres Olive line lotion in their new scent, Orchid, and I really love it- so my loss (of money) will be your gain because I’ll be purchasing it ONLY because of the sample- Keep in mind a lot of people hesitate towards new scents/products because they don’t want to spend a larger amount of money on something they may not like.
Also, While on the subject, please try to refrain from becoming more like QVC- I always shopped and tried more at HSN than QVC because QVC is
1- too expensive
2- never have coupons
3- quantity vs quality IMO
Even the Beekman on QVC is more expensive. I see you have already changed in suppliers and hosts and I hope changed in price and coupons will be next because I want to stay a customer here, Just friendly food for thought 🙂

Boy, if that isn’t “right on the money” !

Having samples is a terrific way to increase sales on items I wouldn’t purchase if it was say, a new fragrance or lotion.

Thanks, Waterwoman! I just realized how many auto correct mistakes are in my message! Lol! Especially the last paragraph, meant to write, “ I hope there is NO change in prices and coupons”- LOL! Hopefully, someone will listen to us!

I totally agree. I’ve read you Guys got samples in your previous orders. I never got one, it would be nice. So many times did I want to order something but stopped because I don’t want to pay for returns.

yes, sample products are a big hit. i also received the Korres sample. i would not have tried the product otherwise…

I completely agree with this! I received a sample of the Korres as well and I plan on purchasing for gifts. It was so wonderful to receive that. Thank you HSN and Korres for sending those out – the sample was very much appreciated! It truly does help me make decisions on whether I want to give something a try! <3
