Something I didn't order, oh no !

I haven’t ordered from hsn in a long time. Today I placed an order for a product that was on air ..moving forward I checked my email for my order confirmation. Well I noticed I had another order that I did not purchase and they also took that money out of my bank account without my permission.
I called and canceled that order ,but I’m concerned about who did this ? This is serous it’s like can you trust these people .. hopefully this was an honest mistake

I was ordering Perlier Black Rice products and always check my account recent orders. They put in a product I didn’t order so I cancelled it. I can totally understand that computers get weird and do weird things because mine at work has. It’s very annoying but I sure don’t blame Perlier and not even HSN. Just check your account more often, it only happened once in like 25 years. We need more Perlier shows and I want to see Marcus back on the M. Asam shows (although his rep is very good).

talk to customer service to file a complaint. she should be able to trace where the order was placed or at least where it was shipped from. get ahold of your bank/credit card company to let them know. you should be issued a new card with a new number and they will take action against who did this. they can trace it the best.
