Slow 2 Ship
HSN has been getting worse by the day getting your items delivered in a timely manor. Order placed on 8/2, delivery by 8/12. Still a no show and when I had a “Chat” with Meagan….. “If you don’t receive your purchase by the 24th…… Wait what…..the 24th…. Calling tomorrow for a rush delivery or a refund, no more.

At least where I am, UPS is a horrible delivery company. I hate them.. I’ve had problems with them for years, abusing the parcels, late deliveries, failure to follow delivery instructions, and UPS ground takes over a week to make it to my general area at the best of times, and that’s in a big city. At least the post office deliver when they are supposed to where I am, and I get things so much quicker when UPS aren’t involved.

That is because they use “Surepost” which is a way they save a whole lotta money while they charge us a lot for shipping!! Surepost is and here is the definition given by UPS.
“UPS SurePost is a shipping service that utilizes UPS’s ground networks to cover most of the distance a parcel needs to travel, but relies on the U.S. Postal Service for the final leg of the shipment. It’s a cheaper option that, according to UPS, provides just about the same level of service as standard ground shipping.”
THAT is why your package is late COMBINED with the terrible lack of organization in their warehouses. It is all about money and not about getting our merchandise to us. I actually have made a flex-pay on something I haven’t even received! So I paid the initial payment but NOW did a flex-pay and I still don’t have the item! Good luck

The things I have ordered to wear for the summer are so late that I won’t be able to wear them. Now the fall line is coming out . The postal service has been terrible. I I have no idea where my packages are because the tracking keeps changing. I am so frustrated with the horrible delivery that I stopped buying. The prices for shipping are going up and the service keeps going down.

Has it left the warehouse or is it with the post office. If it has not left the warehouse there is no excuse.
