Signature Club Product Using Dangerous Suncreens

As certain sunscreens are on the news telling the dangers of using (Benzene), I started looking at my makeup and creams that have sunscreens. The “ounce of gold day cream” contains oxybenzone. Actually all the sunscreen ingredients listed on the jar are on a grey area list of dangerous chemicals. I will be throwing it out. I even have a jar unopened yet. This leads me to ask if HSN and QVC will be proactive with the products they are selling that contain ingredients known to cause cancers, etc.

How often does Signature Club A have their shows. I LIVE for the 5 essentials day/night creme BOGO’s!

So many reputable brands are still using these chemicals in their SPF moisturizers. I will no longer purchase them no matter how wonderful the product feels. I hope they will soon make the switch to physical SPF. Elta MD has succeeded in doing this as has Josie Maran and both products are excellent.

  What is sad is that this was being questioned many years ago and those cosmetic companies using those products continued because it was still lawful. AH!
