Returned item
Hello,
It’s been almost two months now I returned two items Order nos.167988326 and 1679883227 PRETTY VULGAR WRITING ON THE WALL EYE LINER. The items were posted in the same envelope using HSN return slip, there was no tracking no. on it. So far it has not reached back. I tried several times calling customer service, without any help. Last time I spoke to a nice women who told me that the item was directly returned to the vendor. Now in this situation what should I do and who can help me please. I paid more than $50/- for both of the items.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS TO JANUARY 2020. BE AWARE THAT HSN WILL MAKE A PROFIT OF YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST. RETURN WITHIN THE 30 DAYS IS A MUCH BETTER CHOICE. CHECK THEIR RETURN POLICIES. HSN IS SLOWLY FOLLOWING QVC POLICIES.
QVC HAS BEEN DOING THIS ON ALL RETURNS. GETTING YOUR SHIPPING COST WHEN YOU RETURN AN ITEM AND IF YOU USE THEIR RETURN LABEL THAT’S CHARGED TO YOU AS WELL. -
