REALLY DISAPPOINTED

I received 2 bottles of Royal elixer youth serum. One is brand new. It’s sealed. And wrapped in another plastic tide up at the top very nice presentation. The second bottle The outer box is smashed and ripped at the top. You can tell it’s been already open up on the top and the bottom it is not sealed.
So I threw it away. I will not be buying from this product from HSN agian. It’s too bad I cannot upload pictures to this format.

Wow, yes I ordered the hydro zone cream and when I opened it the clear seal on the top was just sitting there not attached and it looked like someone took their finger and scooped some out. I thought the same thing that it was a return and they sent it out anyway. I can’t believe Hsn did that because that is very concerning since the product could be contaminated and dangerous.

You should have called customer service, as it happened to me with a Signature Club A Product and they sent me a new one free of charge and free shipping.

If that ever happens again, the advice to contact customer service is really your best plan. They’re gracious about helping you. Rest assured they’d help you out one way or another.

That was silly to do, they would have sent you a new one, never throw a product away. I ordered a Koores body wash and the pump was broken, they sent a replacement right away. Had the same problem with the second one, a relacement is on the way, both of them were sealed, never opened. I always return products is they are purchased onlie or in a store, never have a problem,, itslke throwing money out the wndow.
