Really disappointed with Skinn Cosmetics lately

I have been switching to other skin care, once I use up my Skinn products I wont purchase again unless the costs go down. Used to be great values with Skinn and I always bought kits when they were a good price. Prices are way higher for much less product. Such small sizes, I have a really large jar of DermaPeel and now all you can get are the small tubes for example. Not happy at all.

I dont believe being new to HSN is a factor . Beekman 1802 also crossed over from Evine to HSN and have been able to keep prices similar to Evine..not to mention they still have value kits and are on ALL THE TIME. When they first made the move I was worried that their line would go up in price ..but it was my favorite Skinn care line instead. So sad.

I am gradually switching over to other brands also.

In my opinion skin cosmetics has had recent price increases. Free shipping does not compensate for these Way more expensive prices. I’ve become hesitant to buy from Dimitri. And example is his lip line treatment that he swore would over perform. I got it and next thing I know he has a “new “formula at higher prices. The underpromise, over deliver seems a trick to get his old inventory out-of-the-way. If the other stuff was so great why quickly is there a new product better? Frankly I did not find the old formula over delivering!

This was posted in the Beauty Forum from QVC from Skinn Cosmetics: We have to be approved for shows with HSN, from my understanding. Show dates are not booked months in advance with HSN it is more of a month by month schedule. Show dates are approved and posted for the next month after our last visit. Just a friendly reminder, ALL networks are different and approve show dates and times at their own pace. Please keep in mind that we are still new with HSN and we still need to prove we belong there. In my personal opinion, instead of being supportive, friends have been very resentful and this is not showing HSN that we deserve to be there.

Things have changed, but for the better, I promise! There are so many more changes coming and we are starting to have more sales and promotions through Skinn. com. I’m hopeful for more kits and specials in the future. Skinn is not going anywhere in the US, we are just getting a little make-over.
IN MY OPINION……..
I THINK WE AS HSN SHOPPERS NEED TO BE MORE PATIENT, GIVE SKINN COSMETICS TIME. PLUS IF YOU REALLY LOVE THE PRODUCTS AND YOU GET RESULTS WHY WOULD YOU GIVE UP USING THEM. AS A CONSUMER I WOULD IN TODAYS WORLD EXPECT PRICE INCREASES. SKINN COSMETICS DOESN’T CHARGE ANY SHIPPING AND HANDLING EVER AT HSN. PLUS STOP ALL THE SPECULATION………! WE DO NOT KNOW THE ~~~~~FACTS~~~~~!
