PRAI 2-piece Ageless Eye Discovery Set 670-666
The product in the bottle does not come out no matter how long you keep pressing on it. When I removed the top to see what’s going on there is no tube that goes into the product . Is this broken or am I doing something wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong I thought the same I called prai customer service and they told me that it was their system something like gravity feed but I still could not get the product out
