Perlier Presentation

Have to agree with all of you about not needing all these extras on the set. This can’t be fun for Valerie. Fewer voices gets more attention from viewers.

I agree. that she doesn’t even have a seat and she is just standing there.
What oh tell me what is the point? Perlier has its own dedicated hosts and another echo in the background is not necessary to “add a few pointers”

Karen, I so agree. Maybe she is learning but to have 3 vendors on with a host is too much. Agree, they could get by with Skip. Perlier has always been Skip and Amanda. I wouldn’t watch if it’s Skip and Valerie. I liked Valerie as a host but not as a part of Perlier. Most HSN changes don’t appeal to me so I rarely watch. Sad!

Why though, why is it remotely necessary to have Skip, Amanda, the HSN host and Val? I watched most of the presentations and Val added no value to the information. She was virtually ignored by Skip and Amanda and most of the hosts during the various shows. I can’t understand a corporation struggling like Quarate is having the idea to pay for 4 people on a show revolving around face and body products. There is zero benefit from a paycheck stance for 4 people to be chatting about lotions from Italy! Personally I think the product line would sell just fine with any host and Skip. Mom can stay home, and so can Val. Less cost and less over talking and cross talking. Certainly less is more in this case.
