New buyer wrong item
Very upset! Watched HSN, wanted the Doll 10 peptide plumping lip stain, ordered it on HSN.com. Today received Doll,#3 dark colored filtered finishing powder. Called the 800 number to tell them. Now I have to do all the work and go to the post office to return this and then wait…. To do an exchange and they don’t even have the color I ordered anymore! Man on the phone acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a free shipping label to return this item!!! What kind of customer service is this? My order number was XXX item number was 1389212QHU. I believe this is the only the second time I’ve ordered from HSN, I will not be ordering again. Who has the time to deal with having to return something they didn’t buy, and have to take something to the post office after they work all day??
