nassif wrinkle reduce serum, problem with the pump
Just received my serum. I cannot get the pump to work. Anybody else with the same problem? Primed pump 25-50 times and still does not work.

I would exchange as defective. I hate packaging done in pumps because it seems they either break down or the last amount is impossible to use and you can never get the lid off either. I use Nassif’s hydroshield which has an eyedropper application. I wish more products were available with eyedroppers. I would definitely exchange and report it to customer service.
