Nakery
Why is there no exchange label provided with nakery products? Very disappointing! Is this to discourage exchanges or refunds? I love Liz and am thrilled when she is on and love her products but I tried a different scent and it gives me a headache so I only want to exchange but no return/exchange label! No more nakery products for me!

I have found great help with customer service.
But the shipping items back is CRAZY. It’s almost 1/3 of the cost of the item. It cost my
E $11.00 to ship back Bzees Olivia boots 835-320 there was definitely some manufacturing issues. If you look up that item number, there were several (most) complaints. I have to say they were very nice looking. But not worth the issues it would have caused my back and knees, and most importantly my feet -
I bought some foundation, it burned my skin. it was past the 30 days. customer service was wonderful. Tehy told me to throw it away and gave me a full refund.

@mndreamer – that has been my experience with C/S – they have always found a solution to my satisfaction.
I’m glad your foundation issue was resolved! Sorry about the burning face though.

You can also use the customer service area within Community. They are also extremely helpful. However, I imagine that with some of the beauty items that once opened and tried, it cannot be returned. But, definitely speak with customer service to see what they can do to help your situation.

I would call C/S and request one, or explain what you want and they will make it happen.
They have been very accomodating in such situations when I have asked for assistance. I hope they will be for you too!
