I ordered a few sets of the Nakery lip glosses that were buy one get one for a penny, I had no issues, paid what I was supposed to and products delivered as I ordered.

I hope they do honor your request for a second. The promotion was indeed very confusing until I did finally hear that you had to put two in your cart to activate the offer. I have a feeling there were more than a few confused customers who ordered incorrectly and are disappointed.

I think most of the presentations and the information on the website were confusing. I just listened to one of the presentations on YouTube, and the host said to buy one and they’d give you one for a dollar. During one of the Nakery presentations, I heard it mentioned on air once while I was watching that you were supposed to put two of the items in your cart. Try contacting Customer Service or posting in the Customer Service forum. Tell them you didn’t know you were supposed to order two, and maybe they’ll sell you another for $1.00.
