I have never had this happen to me before… I ordered the 3 piece skin care set from Korres (730-476) on 12/02; it was a pre-order before the airing. Got the email – IT’S YOURS – but on delayed shipment. Okay, no problem. Worth waiting for – great price. Get an email today (12/31) that the order is CANCELLED. What’s up with that????? Can anyone explain? I have been an HSN customer for 10 years or more and I have NEVER had an order cancel.
Fortunately, low funds is not the problem on this and I am grateful…..I did, however, notice after I read your post, I thought I would email customer service which I have in the past and to which I have received excellent responses. Can’t find the link to do that anymore. Guess they are over direct contact via the website.
The only time I’ve seen that happen is if you have something on waitlist but the funds are not available to complete the purchase at the time they can fill the order. Most of the time I use a debit card designated for shopping and if I forget to leave enough money in that account for a waitlist item and HSN can’t process the payment, they cancel the order. They give you no options or chances to add money and process the order, they just cancel it completely. It’s a terrible process, but they simply don’t care. When I had that happen I called customer service and the rep was really cold and had an attitude of ‘too bad, you should have had the funds available, there’s nothing we can do’. Needless to say my purchases through HSN have decreased significantly in the last couple years.
