purchased 2 skinn products – autoship. Didn’t like the scrubbers, too coarse for me. Posted review. Cancelled auto. also for the retinol, and wanted to post review for retinol, yet either got message I never purchased product, or not available? Anyone ever had that happen? Customer service had no answer. I read directions for retinol, was really upset. Felt lied to. As he said retinol is so potent I must tell u necessary to mix, but I use it full strength. Directions stated use full strength. I had used other skinn prod. when on other channel & liked a few, but feel totally duped. How can he say that on national tv when directions state otherwise. Will never purchase again from that line. What happened to integrity
