expiration date on signature club a product

Ordered Signature Club A 2 piece Vt c moisturizing set. On the bottom was expiration date 1-26. Called customer service and got a helpful person who helped me through an exchange. This is the second time this week I had to call customer service. The other time I was put on auto ship even though I didn’t request it. What is happening on HSN ?????????
