What concealer should be used with her balm foundation and should it be used before the balm foundation? As the balm foundation is a different light texture, I am wondering if only certain concealer formulations will work with it, and not all.

You can use whichever concealer agrees with your skin and skin tone. Applying concealer after foundation is the most popular and recommended method. This approach evens out your base, requires less concealer, and prevents the product from shifting. The only caveat is if you have severe blemishes or dark circles you want to cover.
