Does anyone know how to email HSN when autoship is cancelled with no reason on a favorite product and wish to continue it on autoship. I am limited with computer so don’t know who to ask how to get answers on why they would just cancel autoship. Has anyone else had their autoship cancelled from Feb 2020 to Feb 2021 then cancelled when set up for autoship for the Korres 4 pc Olive Bergamot Crepe Rescue Set which included 6.76 Crepe Rescue Intensive Body 4.32 oz Hand and Nail Crepe Rescue 6.76 Olive Bergamot Body cream 8.45 Shower gel this was the 4 piece set that is a big favorite in Korres and wure wish it would come back and get back on autoship. Anyone have any ideas what to do to get answers or have you had it cancelled on you???? Oh and this TS 4 piece set total was $41.93 so another reason to get it back for price and sizes of products.
I had the same issue with short notice cancellation of auto ship on a packaged 4 piece Korres body set. CS allowed me to gather same items together for one time purchase at the same price as auto ship.
My WEI Auto Ship was cancelled after the initial order. I didn’t even receive one Auto Ship.
So, why bother to offer Auto Ship?
@jano21, I’m truly sorry! I’m a Korres fan myself so I totally understand your disappointment. It seems the cancellation was due to a change in the program. There are various reasons why that happens from limitation of inventory to fulfill the autoships or the more common reason is because it was offered for a limited time. In the future, be sure to check the details on the autoship program to have an idea of how long you should be expecting the product and what you’ll be receiving after the initial order.
