Day Cream
I purchased the day cream last year, didn’t use it all. On the bottom of the jar it states expiration date 10/2019.Does this mean it should not be used after this date?

If it smells fine, color has not changed and the consistency has not changed, feel free to us it. Most items last long after the dates, the dates are just to protect the mfg.

I would use it. I have much I have stock piled from Skinn Cosmetics when it was on another channel. I honestly never look at expiration date. But know many of mine must be expired for I have much for I stock pile on his yearly sales and use oldest first.. No problem with any of them either. I think maybe that is for if you opened it right away and started using when you first ordered it. But at any rate…… I would still use it. We pay to much for our products as it is….to throw them away because of a date… like we might old meat . I have things from 2 or more years ago I have never opened. And I will use them.

Good advice! Unless it smells or looks odd, I’d use it. Often times it’s just the effectiveness of the sunscreen that is expired. Many day creams now have sunscreen and the reason for the expiration date.

I think I would use it… I stockpile in my cabinet and always layer with different creams. You can always use it on your decolitae/neck area as well. I think it’s fine to use.
