Customer Picks Not Fair

I have been noticing especially on Nakery products that they always become a customer pick. When people are receiving a product at discount or free they should not be allowed to review. When you are receiving something free/ discounted your not going to give it negative reviews because you want to keep receiving free products. It’s just human nature. It’s not fair to customers that read reviews prior to ordering as I always do. Now I am forced to read ALL reviews to ensure they are honest or just trying to stay on the list of getting stuff disconnected or free. I’m just asking to not let these reviews be submitted it’s not fair to the customer.

I agree if they feel they will keep getting free products they will keep up with the positive reviews I always thought the customer picks were on the up & up I never knew they were receiving free products.
Also, a lot of Nakery’s positive reviews for some of her awful products are not HSN customers they are AI generated reviews.

i agree with you. Reading reviews from customers who received free products makes me wonder how to get on the list — I want free stuff, too. Why would I buy something that other people are getting for free?
