I ordered a Carol’s Daughter body cream that arrived busted up and unusable. Cream was everywhere in the pkg. After notifying customer service I was told unfortunately no more were in stock at that time to send replacement. I was told to discard it as it couldn’t be shipped back in that condition and I was refunded. So after some time they started sending me notifications via mail that I must return the product or they’ll automatically recharge me for the product. Are you serious! I contacted customer service and asked why was I being send notices to repay for a product that arrived damaged that I couldn’t use and was told to discard. I said don’t you keep a log of employee interactions with customers?? It clearly shows the product was damaged and I was told to discard it. I no longer have anything to send back! The rep apologized. However they then started sending me notifications where they’d been trying to run my card for the payment but was unsuccessful and I needed to pay! My cards were replaced due to identity theft. So nothing worked that was on file. I’ve tried to close my account because I’ll never order anything from HSN again because of how I was treated. I have even put them on SPAM in my emails to not receive anything from them and they still come through. All other sites allow a form to delete accounts. How do I delete their’s all together. As I’m definitely DONE WITH HSN!! I’LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY OVER A DANG DAMAGED BUSTED UP UNUSABLE PRODUCT!

This same thing happened to me. Different product. I knew they had copies of my emails to them and also their replies. It did not matter…they still charged me.
