Benefit Mighty Fine Eyebrow Pen TS
Very frustrated….on HSN website, color 3 is listed as Neutral Light Brown and that is what I ordered.
I received package today and on the item box, it says 3 Warm Light Brown. So HSN has the description on the product page wrong and how has no one noticed this yet?
A WARM color is completely different from a NEUTRAL color….now I have to return it.
Grrr….

We want your experience to be positive, and certainly don’t want you to feel uncomfortable about letting us know you’ve received a wrong item. I have noted your order regarding the wrong shade being sent. I have arranged for a replacement to come to you at no further cost, and with no need to return the wrong item to us. Discard it if you like, or pass it along to someone who the shade may compliment. I hope this is helpful, as we really appreciate you shopping with us.

Oh, my goodness, Lynne! You took me totally by surprise!!!! I happened to look at my orders today because I am very excited about a couple of pairs of shoes (ordered one pair for my daughter) and a pair of sandals that will be arriving soon … like a kid at Christmas … lol! I spotted the Benefit eyebrow pens on order, and I was so surprised! Thank you. I did not want to ask because I knew that it was over 30 days and I had waited too long to even try them out … my bad! Lynne, I truly appreciate YOU and HSN going the extra mile. It was totally unexpected. Never experienced any other merchant who goes this far out of their way to please customers. Lol … this is just one of the many, many reasons I always shop at HSN (and have no plans to quit). You made my day! Thanks so much for caring.

I happened to be thumbing through the comments here and your post got my attention. Thank you for sharing this …. appreciate it! The VERY SAME THING happened to me … although I did not discover it until the other day when I attempted to use one of these eyebrow pens. The color is way too dark!!!! Of course, it is the end of June 2025 now and I ordered this when it was a Today’s Special in May, so it is too late to send anything back. And the idea of attempting to EXCHANGE for the NEUTRAL (got the WARM light brown according to the packaging BUT ORDERED NEUTRAL) is a questionable prospect after I recently requested the midtone jacket (exchange) instead of the chambray jacket and they sent me INDIGO instead. Additionally, a while back, I had a lot of trouble with “exchanging” when the warehouse sent me a print in South Street Loft brand that I did NOT order. I actually ordered a different print than what they sent. It took me contacting them at least three times, if not more, to get them to stop sending me the wrong print for the exchange! Yes! The HSN Rep stated that only one exchange is allowed per item, but as I pointed out, there were “special circumstances” because it was NOT me who made the error in the case of the sheet set. BACK TO THE BROW PEN ……. I just now checked the packaging of the brow pen and, sure enough, the warehouse sent the WRONG COLOR. Since it is too late to send it back (and I don’t want to play “that game” anyway), I will NO longer be ordering makeup from HSN. Yes! It would have been a good deal IF they could manage to send the RIGHT COLOR!!! As it stands now, these brow pens are of NO USE to me whatever, unless, that is (lol), I want to look like Groucho Marx (which is NOT one of my aspirations)! I like HSN, but lately I am rethinking some of my purchases.

@aerynsun, I am truly sorry to find out that the wrong shade arrived to you. This was not our intention as we expect every delivery to be accurately packaged. Should you choose to return this order for a full refund, I’ve waived your EZreturn label so you will not be charged. I currently have shades 2.5 & 2.75 available for exchange, do either of those work for you? You do have options.
1- Issue a partial refund of $5 to keep ‘as is’.
2- Send a replacement order at no additional cost.
3- Return for a full refund.I look forward to finding a resolution with you.

You’re absolutely right! The same thing has happened to me. I ordered the Neutral Light Brown, but received the Warm Light Brown. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I don’t have one of the boxes. I wonder if I can return these. Now I know why it is so dark on my eyebrows. I haven’t really worn any makeup on years because of my employment. Now that I’m retired, I decided to live a little! LOL!

Thank you for your quick reply. I called CS and was told there was a delay but no explanation for the delay. I was promised that my order would be mailed out on Tuesday. I will see if this actually happens.

I know how much you are wanting to feel more like yourself and regret sharing with you that this order looks stuck in packaging. I ordered the TS Benefit Eyebrow pen and today is day 11 and on my order page it’s says “packaging”. What does this mean and when can I expect delivery. I’m on chemotherapy and have lost most of my natural eyebrows so I was hoping to receive them so I can feel a little more like myself. Can anyone explain the delay and wording. Have any others experienced this wording. Thank you
